After creating your account and completing the verification process, you can begin by registering your assignment. Provide details about your customer, assignment duration, compensation, a description of your work, and the currency you will be using. Once registered, your assignments will appear under the "Current Errands" section when you log in. We will notify you by email when we have accepted the assignment. When everyone involved in the assignment is verified you will recieve a guaranteed saalry every month for as long as the assignment lasts. We invoice the customer and ensure that the invoices are paid.
A VAT number is a unique tax ID for buisnesses in the EU. It starts with a country code followed by a specific sequence of numbers. For example, a Swedish VAT number starts with "SE" and has 12 digits (e.g., SE123456789012)
We send the invoice to your customer by email.
Frilans Finans ensures that invoices for services exempt from VAT, according to Tax Administration regulations, are issued without VAT charges. Please note that only a limited number of services and goods are exempt from VAT. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

On the landing page of your account all your employment agreements are registered as well as your registered assignments, invoices and salary specifiations.
Yes, you can do deductions for your expenses that are essential for your assignment.
You can deduct expenses that are essential for performing your work. However, keep in mind that these expenses must not have long-term value. For example, travel expenses related to work are deductible, but purchasing a computer is not.
Go to the "Expenses" on your account page and follow the instructions provided. To request mileage reimbursement or deductions, fill in the required details and indicate the relevant assignment. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you via email.
Yes, when you work as an employee through Invoicery, you are covered by work injury insurance and general business/liability insurance.

Depending on your profession and the circumstances of your assignment, there may be special conditions that may affect whether our insurance coverage is sufficient in relation to customer requirements.
