Invoicery effectively acts as your employer and allows you to send invoices without going through the effort, expense and administration of starting your own company. Without Invoicery you would need to set up and register a private limited company, for example (equivalent to a GmbH in Germany and Austria; SARL in France and Belgium: BV in The Netherlands or SRL in Spain). Then you would need to send invoices from this entity. We cut out this requirement to allow you to focus on what you do best while ensuring that you get paid.
Yes you can. The process will be the same: we will send the service agreement to your customer with all the information you provided when registering the project.
After creating your account, you need to verify your identity by clicking on "Verify yourself." Provide the necessary personal information, and once verified, you are ready to start your freelancing journey with Invoicery and enjoy a guaranteed salary.
Your salary is based on your invoiced amount. A 10% standard service fee (3% extra fee for express payment) is deducted first, followed by your country’s social fees, pension contributions, holiday pay, and taxes. When you work with Invoicery and your assignment is approved, your salary is guaranteed. We ensure timely payouts on the 10th or 25th of each month, providing you with complete financial security.

Provide details about your customer, assignment duration, compensation, a description of your work, and the currency you will be using. Once registered, your assignments will appear under the "Current Errands" section when you log in. We will notify you by email when we have accepted the assignment. When everyone involved in the assignment is verified you will recieve a guaranteed saalry every month for as long as the assignment lasts. We invoice the customer and ensure that the invoices are paid.

A VAT number is a unique tax ID for buisnesses in the EU. It starts with a country code followed by a specific sequence of numbers. For example, a Swedish VAT number starts with "SE" and has 12 digits (e.g., SE123456789012)
We send the invoice to your customer by email.
Invoicery ensures that invoices for services exempt from VAT, according to Tax Administration regulations, are issued without VAT charges. Please note that only a limited number of services and goods are exempt from VAT. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
No, Invoicery has no limits, neither minimum or maximum limits.

Yes, you can do deductions for your expenses that are essential for your assignment.
You can deduct expenses that are essential for performing your work. However, keep in mind that these expenses must not have long-term value. For example, travel expenses related to work are deductible, but purchasing a computer is not.
Go to the "Expenses" on your account page and follow the instructions provided. To request mileage reimbursement or deductions, fill in the required details and indicate the relevant assignment. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you via email.
Yes, when you work as an employee through Invoicery, you are covered by work injury insurance and general business/liability insurance.
You are covered by work injury insurance and general business/liability insurance. Depending on your profession and the circumstances of your assignment, there may be special conditions that may affect whether our insurance coverage is sufficient in relation to customer requirements.
